Job Summary:

As a Planning Advisor, you will guide individuals and families in securing their future through financial and memorial planning solutions. You will be responsible for building client relationships, understanding their needs, and offering plans that provide peace of mind and long-term security. This role provides a stable monthly salary along with performance-based incentives and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and present Evergreen Lifeplan's products and services to prospective clients
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and consultations
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-ups
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Participate in company-driven marketing and community activities
  • Provide excellent after-sales service and client support

Qualifications:

  • College graduate (open to undergraduates with relevant experience)
  • With or without sales experience (comprehensive training will be provided)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn
  • Must be willing to do fieldwork and client meetings
