About the Role:

KwikCare is looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our growing Sales team As a Healthcare Plan Advisor (Outbound Telesales), you'll connect with clients, provide guidance on healthcare plans, and help them find the right coverage to meet their needs. If you're passionate about sales, helping Filipinos be insured and driven by results, this role is perfect for you.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in outbound telesales; insurance experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and persuasive skills.
  • Customer-focused and results-oriented — able to turn leads into sales and exceed goals.
  • Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules.
  • Must be comfortable working in a hybrid setup (2x only onsite in Pasig a month)
  • All necessary work tools will be provided.
