The Strategic Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Officer is a key leadership role responsible for driving the financial strategy, planning, and decision-making processes of the organization. This role involves providing actionable insights through financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support the company's long-term growth and profitability. The FP&A Officer collaborates with cross-functional teams, senior management, and stakeholders to ensure alignment between financial goals and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Financial Planning:

  2. Develop and implement long-term financial strategies aligned with the company's vision and objectives

  3. Identify and evaluate financial risks and opportunities to support strategic decision-making.

  4. Financial Analysis:

  5. Provide in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and scenario planning.

  6. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend actions to improve financial performance.

  7. Forecasting and Modeling:

  8. Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning, investment decisions, and risk management.

  9. Conduct sensitivity analyses to assess the impact of various business scenarios on financial outcomes.
  10. Ensure accurate and dynamic rolling forecasts to adapt to changing market conditions.

  11. Collaboration

  12. Partner with commercial team to provide financial guidance and support for strategic initiatives.

  13. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations to drive business performance.

  14. Reporting

  15. Monthly Commercial Data Review & Business Intelligence Reports (COPA)

  16. Sales performance (regional, sales segment, customer) for Sales Incentive Reporting
  17. Sales Budget and Forecasting (2+10, 5+7, 8+4, 10+2)
  18. Monthly Pricing Accuracy Report
  19. Adhoc Program and Rebate Tracker
  20. Adhoc Reports requested by Financial Controller
  21. Other management and sales reports

  22. Process Improvement and Technology:

  23. Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes, systems, and tools for greater efficiency and accuracy.

  24. Leverage advanced analytics and technology to improve financial planning and reporting capabilities
  25. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and internal controls.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must be graduate of Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or equal
  • With more than 3 years of experience working as an FP&A
  • Analytical, detail-oriented and agile to the changing demands of the job
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel Skill
  • Knowledge in SAP is a plus
