Job Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
  • With at least (1) year of experience in a marketing role, with a focus on content creation and digital media.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including content management and analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to create persuasive and engaging content.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • A creative and proactive mindset with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Experience in the B2B services or recruitment industry is a plus.

Job Description:

He/She will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence both online and offline. This is a hands-on role that is perfect for someone passionate about content creation, digital engagement, and event coordination.

  • Content and Collateral Creation: Develop compelling marketing materials, including digital brochures, flyers, and presentations, to promote our services to potential clients.
  • Digital Marketing: Manage and improve content across our social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn), and company website to boost engagement and reach.
  • Recruitment Marketing: Create and implement campaigns to attract and engage potential applicants for our various support service roles.
  • Event and Activity Support: Assist in organizing and staffing pop-up events, job fairs, and other face-to-face interactions to represent the company and generate leads.
  • Brand Promotion: Help maintain brand consistency and visibility through all communication channels and materials.
  • Market Research: Research industry trends and competitor activities to inform our marketing strategies.
