A Leading Recruitment company is seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor specializing in Steel Structures for major projects across the GCC. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for supervising and managing all activities related to steel structure construction, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and timelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate all aspects of steel structure installations and construction activities
  • Ensure that work is carried out to the highest quality and safety standards
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met
  • Conduct regular inspections of work sites and report on progress and any issues that arise
  • Assist in the preparation of project schedules and budgets related to steel construction
  • Manage the procurement and logistics of materials and equipment needed for steel construction
  • Provide training and guidance to construction teams on steel fabrication and erection techniques

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction supervision, with a focus on steel structures
  • Extensive knowledge of steel fabrication, welding processes, and installation methods
  • Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under pressure
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools
  • Familiarity with local GCC construction regulations and safety standards
