JFC's Accountant – Night Shift is responsible for the following:

Management Report

  • Collate and update Management Report data for assigned SBU accounts.
  • Generate, validate, and analyze Trial Balances.
  • Reconcile and validate consolidated reports.
  • Prepare and submit monthly consolidated reports.
  • Review and report balances between TB and MR.
  • Summarize significant transactions and validate analytics.
  • Ensure accuracy of financial data and finalize management reports.
  • Collaborate with other functional teams for detailed reporting analysis.

Statutory Reporting

  • Prepare and review schedules for statutory reporting.
  • Submit required notes to Financial Statement.
  • Coordinate with External Auditors for audits.
  • Ensure accuracy of financial data and lead closure of audit findings.

Balance Sheet Account Management

  • Analyze balance sheet GL accounts.
  • Review and update assigned BS accounts.
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Validate and analyze entries for accruals and adjustments.
  • Monitor BS accounts and propose financial adjustments.
  • Manage common accounts and coordinate with various functions.

Other Reports & Requirements

  • Prepare, analyze, and finalize reports for submission.
  • Lead complex reporting requirements.

Internal & External Audit

  • Respond to audit findings and drive resolution.
  • Prepare and submit documents for audits.
  • Lead audit activities.

Organizational Excellence

  • Prepare and discuss SLA results.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Participate in team activities and identify improvement opportunities.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy or any Finance and Accounting related course.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is a plus.
  • Open to fresh graduates/no previous professional experience needed.
  • Experience in Management and Financial Reporting or any related accounting field is a plus.
  • Willing to be assigned to a night-shift.
  • Willing to be assigned to Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid set-up).
