Duties and Responsibilities

1.    Ensures the administration of tasks of personnel in the Fabrication Department

2.    Approves and validates projects and supervises work process of personnel

3.    Prepares drawings and plans for implementation and troubleshoots recurring issues of equipment

4.    Carries out machine testing after maintenance and accomplishes work order according to the checklist

5.    Requests spares from stores and reviews procedures for risk assessment for personnel

6.    Coordinates with concerned departments and conducts regular meetings with personnel

7.    Monitors and assesses work procedure done

8.    Ensures construction cost is within the committed budget

9.    Estimates cost and materials necessary for construction work and monitors utilization of materials

10.  Ensures adherence to set safety and housekeeping policies

11.  Complies with waste management plan set by the company and assists Human Resources as necessary

12.  Coordinates with in-house and outside suppliers as needed and recommends schedule for machine maintenance

13.  Ensures the supervision of the department/section staff

14.  Ensures the preparation, checking, consolidation and submission of work-related reports

15.  Prepares Accomplishment Reports, Purchase Requests, Drawing Plans, Action and Objective/Target Plans

16.  Completes Risk Assessment Plans

17.  Performs other related tasks assigned from time to time.

Job Specifications

· Licensed Civil Engineering Graduate

· Minimum of 4 to 5 years experience in related  field
