What is your mission?

We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager to lead advanced SEO initiatives across multiple websites. You will develop strategies that combine AI-driven optimization, headless e-commerce frameworks, and content marketing to drive visibility, traffic, and conversions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in technical SEO, loves data, and can deliver measurable results for global clients.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Develop and execute SEO strategies aligned with company goals and client objectives.
• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and technical site audits.
• Optimize website architecture, content, and metadata for improved rankings.
• Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce SEO-optimized blogs and landing pages.
• Integrate AI-driven SEO enhancements and headless e-commerce frameworks to boost scalability and personalization.
• Lead content marketing initiatives, including blogging, backlink building, and AI-assisted content training.
• Monitor and report on SEO performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
• Coordinate with developers to apply technical SEO best practices (schema, speed, mobile).
• Support local SEO initiatives including GMB optimization and citation management.
• Stay current on algorithm updates, SEO tools, and digital marketing innovations.
• Present SEO performance insights and recommendations to internal teams and clients.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing SEO for multiple websites or brands.
• Proven expertise with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.).
• Strong understanding of search algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
• Experience working with U.S.-based clients or in a digital marketing/BPO agency.
• Proficient in HTML/CSS, CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), and basic web development.
• Experience with headless e-commerce systems (e.g., Shopify Hydrogen, Contentful, Sanity, Commerce).
• Familiarity with AI-powered SEO tools and AI-driven content optimization.
• Experience in eCommerce SEO (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) preferred.
• Knowledge of local SEO for B2B or industrial/manufacturing clients.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Independent, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Passion for digital innovation, content marketing, and continuous learning.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php70, Php80,000.00 per month
