About Us

At GOLD Marketing & Services, we manage a portfolio of 20+ brands in the home services sector. Our brands serve markets in garage door services, HVAC services, plumbing, and appliance repair. As we build our in-house marketing team, we're looking for a strategic and data-driven Senior SEO Manager to join our in-house team and drive long-term organic growth across our properties.

Position Overview

The Senior SEO Manager will play a critical role in optimizing and elevating the online presence of all brands in our portfolio. From auditing existing web properties to executing SEO strategies, you will be hands-on in technical, on-page, and off-page SEO across multiple verticals. Collaborating with other team members, you will work closely with our Jr. SEO Specialists, content writers & web developer , and report directly to the Marketing Director —providing both brand-level and portfolio-wide insights and performance metrics. This is a unique opportunity to build and scale SEO frameworks across an entire ecosystem of service brands.

Key Responsibilities

1. Audits & Foundations

● Conduct & Oversee in-depth technical SEO audits and comprehensive SEO health assessments across all portfolio websites.

● Identify and fix foundational SEO issues: crawl errors, indexing issues, speed optimizations, mobile performance, and internal linking structure.

2. Ongoing SEO Management

● Manage keyword researches, competitive analysis, and content optimization plans tailored to each brand.

● Monitor and improve rankings across local pack results and organic SERPs.

● Optimize GMBs (Google Business Profile) listings with support from tools like BrightLocal.

3. New Websites SEO Integration

● Collaborate with the web developers and content writers and broader marketing team to ensure all newly launched websites are SEO-optimized.

● Contribute to SEO planning, structure design, keyword mapping, and metadata implementation for upcoming brands and domains.

4. Reporting & Strategy

● Deliver weekly and monthly brand-level SEO performance reports .

● Produce a consolidated monthly portfolio-level SEO report highlighting wins, issues, and opportunities.

● Collaborate with the Marketing Director and owners on strategic direction and performance goals.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

● Work with the content team to develop keyword-focused, high-performing content and landing pages.

● Collaborate with the teamto create new pages, implement technical changes and UX enhancements.

Required Skills & Tools:

• At least 3 years of experience in local SEO.
• Experience as a Senior SEO & Managing SEO Specialists
• Experience with Local SEO for Home Service Businesses.
• Strong Knowledge of various SEO tools such as but not limited to Ahrefs, Bright Local, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console
• Familiarity with multi-brand or multi-location SEO strategies
• Deep understanding of local SEO , GMB optimizations, Technical SEO, and ranking factors of home-service businesses.
• Solid working knowledge of WordPress (themes, plugins, page builders, site structure, basic troubleshooting).
• Data-oriented mindset with the ability to extract insights and build actionable strategies.

Pay: Php85, Php125,000.00 per month
