UpraisIT is Looking for SEO Specialist w Website Development experience (Full time)

• Rate: Php 35,000/monthly salary
• Location: Ortigas (Onsite)
• Working Arrangement: Monday to Friday (Australia Operation Hours, ONSITE)
• Work Schedule: 6:00am – 3:00pm / 7:00am – 4:00pm (Manila Time)
• Reports to: Branch Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled SEO Specialist to support a healthcare client based in Australia. This role will be responsible for improving website performance, executing SEO strategies, and managing digital content to enhance the client's online visibility and brand reputation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in WordPress or similar CMS platforms, a deep understanding of SEO principles, and the ability to create, optimize, and maintain healthcare-related content that drives patient engagement and lead generation.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies tailored to the healthcare industry to increase organic search rankings and traffic.
• Conduct keyword research and identify SEO opportunities relevant to healthcare and dental services.
• Optimize website content, structure, and metadata to improve search engine visibility and user experience.
• Manage and maintain the client's website (WordPress/Wix/WooCommerce) including regular updates, speed optimization, and performance improvements.
• Create and upload engaging and informative content that aligns with the client's branding and marketing goals.
• Monitor website analytics and SEO performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Develop link-building and outreach campaigns to strengthen domain authority.
• Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business) and maintain consistent branding and messaging.
• Collaborate with the Sales Director and Marketing Team to create digital marketing materials such as blog posts, newsletters, brochures, and promotional content.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO, digital marketing, and web development trends to apply best practices in all campaigns.
• Ensure all digital content complies with healthcare communication standards and confidentiality guidelines.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Graduate of any Business, Marketing, IT, or related course.
• At least 2–4 years of SEO and website development experience
• Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO strategies, Google Analytics, and Search Console.
• Proficient in website management using WordPress, Wix, or WooCommerce platforms.
• Experience with Google Ads, keyword research tools, and digital marketing analytics.
• Advanced skills in graphic design and video editing for social media and marketing materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of social media marketing strategies and brand management.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, creative, and results-driven with a passion for digital marketing and continuous learning.
