Document Management Intern

Job Description:
- Supports the administrative team by scanning, organizing, and maintaining both digital and physical records.
- Handle documents with accuracy, ensuring proper file naming and storage, and following established procedures for document control.
- Assist in coordinating with staff for document requirements, managing deadlines, and maintaining an organized filing system.
Job Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a relevant course such as Business Administration, Office Administration, Information Technology, or any related field.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with scanners, MS Office (Word, Excel), and file management.
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate scanning, naming, and organizing of documents.
- Good organizational skills for sorting, filing, and maintaining digital and physical records.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to established document-handling procedures.
- Time management skills to complete scanning tasks within set deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to office processes and document control systems.
Good communication skills for coordinating with staff and reporting completed tasks.
