Role Overview
The Legal Administrative Staff provide confidential administrative and paralegal support to ensure smooth operation and compliance of the Legal Department. The role safeguards regulatory integrity and supports efficient delivery of mortgage and legal services.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, proofread, and manage legal documents and filings.
- Maintain and update legal and compliance databases and records.
- Coordinate meetings, consultations, and regulatory schedules.
- Handle client and partner communications professionally and promptly.
- Support billing, invoicing, and document processing for the legal team.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and compliance with data privacy and financial regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Legal Management, Political Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1 year of administrative or paralegal experience (preferably in a legal or financial setting).
- Excellent organization, communication, and document management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with legal documentation processes.
