Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (experience with other financial systems - SAP). Job DescriptionManage and oversee the general accounting functions. Develop and maintain strategies that minimize financial risk.

Help with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial activities and corporate financial control audit. Master in handling Inventory, Financial, Accounts Receivables, and Accounts Payables. Supervise the general ledger accounting functions.

Work with internal and external auditors to ensure the correct and timely closing and year-end report. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory compliance. Hire, train, and motivate accounting staff members while supervising and delegating department tasks.

Analyze financial data and create reports for management, stakeholders, and external parties, such as vendors or lenders. Ensure the company's financial wellbeing by tracking revenue and expenses, consolidating and analyzing financial data, preparing special reports, maintaining internal controls and other best practices, and reporting activity to internal and external customers. Maintain accurate and complete financial records and participate in audits or reconciliations, as needed.

Create financial reports based on data analysis. Prepare strategic planning and annual budget of the Accounting Department. Perform other functions delegated by the President, Board of Directors, and Consultant/s.
