Job Responsibilities Checking of daily cash tally sheet (Official Receipts and bank deposit slips) from the cashier; Checking of daily cash position from the cashier; Prepares daily report (Cash balances, floor stock lines, and vehicle inventory); Monitors availability of floor stock line from different banks; Prepares payment of vehicle units (including interest due); In-charge of the submission of monthly (1601C, 1601E, 2550M), quarterly (2550Q, 1702Q), and annual tax returns (1604CF, 1604E, Inventory List, 1702, etc.); Prepares Semestral List of Regular Suppliers (1st half - July 31, 2nd half - January 31); In charge of the distribution of Certificate of Compensation (BIR form 2316); Checking of Petty Cash and LTO fund; Computes the Final pay of resigned employees; In charge of the PPE account (depreciation and accumulated depreciation); In charge of the costing of spare parts and materials (GOL); Checks and verifies payable/check vouchers; Prepares the summary of sales and service commissions for Alphalist purposes; Computes/determines the GP per unit (All-in promo) and reviews the costing of vehicle units; Checks and confirms payroll computation of employees; Prepares Vehicle Invoice register; Checks and reviews documents for unit release; Ensures an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close; Ensures the timely reporting of all monthly financial information; Supervises the accounting staff. #J-18808-Ljbffr
