We're Hiring: Driver Marketing Executive

Department:
PH Supply Growth (DAX Acquisition & Onboarding)

Location:
Marikina (Onsite, 5x a week; field/activation work as needed)

About the Role

As the
Driver Marketing Executive
, you will be at the forefront of
lead generation and acquisition campaigns
to ensure a healthy supply of driver and delivery-partners across all Grab verticals (GrabCar, GrabFood, GrabExpress, MoveIt).

You will:

  • Strategize and execute
    driver acquisition campaigns
    from planning to rollout.
  • Activate campaigns through
    digital and offline channels
    (social media, paid ads, community engagement, OOH, radio, email/SMS marketing, offline activations, etc.).
  • Work closely with Driver Acquisition, Operations & Business Teams to create seamless conversion journeys.
  • Monitor performance, optimize spend, and improve funnel efficiency from
    top-of-funnel to onboarding
    .

What We're Looking For


3+ years
relevant work experience
(2 years can be considered depending on scope handled)

Lead Generation
+
Social Media/Content Creation
background

Experience in
360 Integrated Marketing Communications
is highly preferred

Exposure to
BTL (offline activations)
and
digital marketing (boosting/paid campaigns)

ATL (OOH/TV) experience is a plus

Leadership experience is a strong advantage

A self-starter
who takes ownership, is confident, open-minded, and assertive when needed
