Job Description

The Regional Recruitment Officer is responsible for managing and executing recruitment strategies across multiple locations within a designated region. This role ensures that the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent aligned with business goals and cultural values. The officer collaborates with local HR teams, hiring managers, and external partners to fulfill staffing needs efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement regional recruitment plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update job postings on various platforms and ensure consistent employer branding.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, job fairs, and partnerships with educational institutions.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies across all recruitment activities.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in hiring practices.
  • Provide training and guidance to local HR staff on recruitment best practices.

Job SpecificationQualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a regional or multi-site capacity.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing techniques.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and hiring regulations in the region.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
