Job Summary:

We are seeking a licensed CPA-Lawyer with a solid background in taxation, and legal advisory within the Real Estate & Retail Business in the Philippines. The successful candidate will support our operations by ensuring full compliance with Philippine laws and regulations, optimizing tax strategies, and providing expert guidance on corporate transactions, property acquisitions, and contract negotiations. This role requires strong cross-functional skills and a high level of integrity and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Legal Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, lease agreements, purchase agreements, DOAS and various deeds of conveyance.
  • Provide legal advice on real estate transactions, land acquisition, and property development as well as local retail business and shopping malls.
  • Conduct due diligence and oversee compliance with relevant laws.
  • Represent the company in dealings with government agencies such as BIR, SEC, HLURB/DHSUD, LRA, and LGUs.
  • Support corporate secretarial duties including compliance with SEC reportorial requirements.

Accounting & Finance Responsibilities:

  • Oversee tax planning, compliance, and reporting in accordance with Philippine tax laws (NIRC, BIR issuances, must be authorized also to sign FS).
  • Provide guidance on accounting treatment of real estate transactions per PFRS/IFRS.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and ensure accuracy of financial statements and audit reports.
  • Monitor financial performance of real estate projects and support investment analysis.
  • Advise on corporate structuring, BOI incentives (if applicable), and financial risk management.

Qualifications & Expectations:

· Must be a licensed CPA and Lawyer in the Philippines.

· Excellent research, negotiation, and communication skills.

· At least 5 years of combined experience in legal practice and accounting/tax, preferably in real estate, construction or retails sections.

· Strong understanding of Philippine real estate law, taxation, and financial reporting standards.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with attention to detail.

· Strong teamwork, transparency, and responsibility within the organization.

Compensation:

Salary: 70K-90K + incentive or bonus for projects upon evaluations.

Monday to Friday, 9AM - 6PM
