Sales and Marketing Manager for Aesthetic Skin Clinic

Ethos Skin Aesthetics: Ortigas, Pasig City

Job Summary

This role is responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales and enhance brand awareness for the clinic's aesthetic services and products. The ideal candidate will combine marketing expertise with a strong understanding of the aesthetics industry.

Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Digital Marketing: Oversee the clinic's online presence, including social media management, content creation, and digital advertising.
  • Sales Leadership: Lead, support and train the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute promotional campaigns, such as discounts or special packages.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze marketing and sales performance metrics, reporting on ROI.
  • Brand Management: Ensure brand messaging and aesthetics are consistent across all channels, creating a cohesive and appealing brand experience.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop strategies to attract and retain clients and build brand loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a strong preference for those with experience in the beauty, skincare, or aesthetics clinic industry.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media marketing, SEO, and analytics.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Creative and data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clinical staff to align marketing and sales efforts with patient care.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is often preferred, but experience can be a substitute.
