Overview

We are seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team in the aesthetic and medical device industry. This role focuses on developing and executing marketing strategies to promote aesthetic equipment such as skincare devices, and body contouring technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare or beauty technology marketing, digital campaign management, and event coordination.


Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy & Campaigns

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness and sales of aesthetic equipment.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Create and manage digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, social media, email, SEO/SEM).

  • Content Development

  • Produce engaging marketing materials including brochures, videos, landing pages, and social media posts.

  • Collaborate with medical professionals and product teams to create educational content and case studies.

  • Event & Promotion Management

  • Plan and coordinate product launches, workshops, trade shows, and webinars.

  • Support sales teams with promotional materials and event logistics.

  • Brand & Product Support

  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels.

  • Provide marketing support for distributors, clinics, and business partners.
  • Manage relationships with media, PR agencies, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).

  • Performance Analysis

  • Track campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, CRM reports).

  • Prepare marketing reports and suggest data-driven improvements.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in aesthetic, medical device, or beauty technology industries.
  • Strong understanding of B2B and B2C marketing channels.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Mailchimp, Canva, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects.
