Key Responsibilities:

  • Dispense medications prescribed by clinic physicians, therapists, or other licensed practitioners, ensuring accuracy and safety.
  • Review prescriptions for completeness, appropriateness, dosage, potential drug interactions, and patient-specific considerations.
  • Provide patient education and counseling on medication use, potential side effects, and adherence strategies, particularly for patients undergoing rehabilitation or wellness programs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medication records in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor inventory levels of medications and therapeutic supplies, ensuring proper storage, stock rotation, and timely replenishment.
  • Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, and other healthcare staff to optimize patient treatment plans.
  • Assist in the development of medication protocols for chronic conditions and rehabilitation support.
  • Participate in clinic quality assurance, safety audits, and compliance checks for medication management.
  • Stay updated with pharmaceutical developments, clinical guidelines, and DOH/FDA regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Pharmacist.
  • At least 1 year of clinical or hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of medications commonly used in rehabilitation, musculoskeletal, and wellness programs.
  • Strong communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail, integrity, and commitment to patient safety.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php28,000.00 per month
