FACIALIST/AESTHETICIAN

Deliver expert care and confidence. We're hiring facialists/aestheticians who can provide high-quality facial and body treatments while ensuring excellent client experience and clinic efficiency.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Perform a wide range of aesthetic services, including facials, skincare treatments, and body treatments
  • Provide personalized skincare consultations and recommend suitable products or services
  • Ensure client comfort, satisfaction, and proper aftercare guidance
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and treatment rooms at all times
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, client follow-ups, and basic documentation
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in skincare
  • Promote clinic services and products to help clients achieve their goals

What We're Looking For

  • At least 1 year of experience as an Aesthetician in a spa, clinic, or beauty facility
  • Strong knowledge of skincare treatments, products, and aesthetic procedures
  • High school graduate (minimum qualification)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and with a professional appearance
  • Willing to work 6 days a week
  • Willing to start immediately
  • Willing to work in Sta. Lucia Mall
  • Certification or training in aesthetics is a plus

Deployment Locations

  • 1 – Rotation: Ayala 30th Mall & Market Market
  • 1 – Estancia Mall

Compensation

  • ₱695 per day
  • Incentives available
