Are you a
marketing leader
who thrives on managing cross-functional campaigns and driving ROI? We're looking for a
Senior Marketing Project Manager
to lead high-impact, multi-channel initiatives from concept to launch. You'll collaborate with Product, Creative, Growth, and Sales to deliver campaigns that perform — on time and on budget.


What You'll Do:

  • Own project planning, scheduling, budgets, and risk assessment across initiatives
  • Lead internal teams and external vendors across digital, print, events, and partnerships
  • Drive go-to-market strategy, content creation, and sales enablement efforts
  • Manage campaign execution and vendor relations
  • Measure performance, report insights, and optimize for better ROI
  • Clearly communicate progress, blockers, and timelines with leadership


Non-Negotiable Requirements: -

:

  • 5+ years of hands-on marketing experience
  • 2+ years managing marketing projects
  • 3+ years leading or supervising marketing teams
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, , Basecamp, etc.)
  • Experience with InDesign, social media publishing tools, and Salesforce/Pardot
  • Familiarity with AI or automation in marketing workflows

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related; MBA is a plus
