What is your mission?

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Project Manager to lead and accelerate marketing initiatives across our diverse business lines, including Construction and Property Management. This role is responsible for overseeing project execution from planning to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and experienced project leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage cross-functional teams, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. This is a critical role in driving marketing success and operational efficiency.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Manage and track the full lifecycle of marketing projects, including planning, design, approval, and production.
  • Develop detailed timelines and content calendars to set expectations, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance the existing marketing strategy by breaking it down into actionable tasks and ensuring smooth execution.
  • Coordinate with vendors and agency partners to deliver work on time, within scope, and in alignment with budgets.
  • Commission and manage freelancers as needed to keep projects moving forward and within financial parameters.
  • Review and manage project budgets and outcomes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and effective collaboration across teams.
Who are we looking for?
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital or local marketing.
  • At least 3 years of experience supervising a marketing team.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing marketing projects.
  • Proficient in using project management tools such as Asana, , or Basecamp.
  • Familiar with creative and publishing tools such as Adobe InDesign and social media scheduling platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Experience in content creation and production is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
