  • Leading R&D Teams: Managing and mentoring teams of scientists, engineers, and other technical staff.
  • New Product Development: Overseeing the entire product development lifecycle, from initial concept to launch.
  • Product Improvement: Identifying opportunities to enhance existing products and features.
  • Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing strategies for new product development and innovation.
  • Budget Management: Managing the financial resources allocated to R&D projects.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working with other departments (e.g., marketing, sales) to ensure successful product launches.
  • Market Analysis: Staying informed about market trends and competitor activities.
  • Technical Expertise: Possessing a strong understanding of the relevant technical domain.
  • Lighting Company experience is a PLUS

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php35, Php50,000.00 per month
