Production Technician

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble products, parts, or components according to work instructions, diagrams, and technical specifications.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely.
  • Perform inspections and quality checks on assembled units to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Identify and report defective materials or faulty components to supervisors.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workstation and production area.
  • Assist in troubleshooting assembly issues and recommend process improvements.
  • Document production data, including quantities, defects, and work progress.
  • Support preventive maintenance of assembly tools and equipment.
  • Follow safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
  • Perform other tasks as may be assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • At least High School Graduate / Technical-Vocational Course / College Level in [relevant field].
  • With proven experience in assembly work, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Knowledge of basic mechanical/electrical assembly is an advantage.
  • Ability to read and understand assembly drawings, manuals, or schematics.
  • Physically fit to perform hands-on assembly tasks (standing, lifting, manual dexterity).
  • Strong attention to detail, quality-focused, and able to work under minimal supervision.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, overtime, and weekends if required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php17,000.00 per month
