Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Merchandise Manager located in Metro Manila. The Merchandise Manager will be responsible for managing inventory, exploring new assortments, and ensuring effective communication with suppliers and customers. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing customer service, analyzing sales trends, and developing strategies to optimize product availability and presentation.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
  • Experience in Sales and Inventory Management
  • Proficiency in Assortment planning and management
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Ability to work well in a team and in an on-site environment
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a retail or merchandise management role is preferred
