We are hiring an Office Admin Reliever to help with scanning documents and basic clerical tasks.
Responsibilities
- Scan and prepare documents for digital records
- Operate office equipment such as scanners, copiers, and printers
- Assist with simple data entry and document preparation
- Maintain confidentiality of office records
- Provide general clerical support as needed
- Reports to Manager or immediate supervisor
Qualifications
- Graduate of BSBA Office Administration or any related course
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, scanning software)
- Trustworthy in handling sensitive documents

- ₱695 per day
- Assigned to the Document Management Department
