We are hiring an Office Admin Reliever to help with scanning documents and basic clerical tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Scan and prepare documents for digital records
  • Operate office equipment such as scanners, copiers, and printers
  • Assist with simple data entry and document preparation
  • Maintain confidentiality of office records
  • Provide general clerical support as needed
  • Reports to Manager or immediate supervisor

Qualifications

  • Graduate of BSBA Office Administration or any related course
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, scanning software)
  • Trustworthy in handling sensitive documents

Job Status

  • Reliever (3-month contract)
  • Full-time
  • ₱695 per day
  • Assigned to the Document Management Department

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
