We are looking for a Customer Marketing Officer to strengthen our trade marketing initiatives and support our sales operations. This role focuses on developing and executing customer-focused marketing programs that drive product visibility, strengthen trade relationships, and boost sales performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement trade marketing programs to support sales and distribution goals.
  • Coordinate with key accounts, wholesalers, and retailers to execute promotions, activations, and merchandising strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials, sales tools, and campaigns that improve product placement and visibility.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer insights to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Track performance of trade marketing activities and ensure ROI on campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners and internal teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in trade marketing, customer marketing, or FMCG distribution.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills; able to collaborate with sales and external partners.
  • Knowledge of merchandising, retail promotions, and trade activation strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and recommend improvements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with sales/marketing tools is an advantage.
  • Must be organized, proactive, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
