Store Marketing Supervisor

Location: South Caloocan City

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday

Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Store Marketing Supervisor to manage marketing activities across assigned stores. This role focuses on maintaining a consistent brand image, driving sales growth, and improving the overall customer experience. The position involves close collaboration with store teams, overseeing promotional initiatives, and monitoring marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise in-store marketing materials, promotional displays, and visual merchandising.
  • Work with store staff to ensure timely and accurate execution of marketing campaigns in line with brand standards.
  • Lead sales-focused initiatives to boost store performance and achieve targets.
  • Plan and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Track marketing activities and provide regular reports on campaign performance.
  • Ensure all merchandising and promotional activities comply with company guidelines.
  • Support and guide store teams in successfully executing marketing plans.
  • Analyze campaign outcomes and suggest improvements for future marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, open to all fields.
  • 1–2 years of experience in store or field marketing.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams.
  • Analytical mindset to assess and enhance marketing performance.
  • Immediate availability is a plus.
  • Lodging allowance offered for selected applicants from distant areas.
