Store Support Staff is responsible to search, develop, establish new household and commercial accounts, and regain lost accounts to meet the company's goals and targets. Assist in conducting market research to help formulate strategies to improve distribution and sales volume.

Position Qualifications

  • Atleast College undergraduate
  • Must have a valid driver's license (Restriction / DL codes 1&2 or equivalent)
  • Knows how to drive motorcycle with manual clutch
  • Must have good salesmanship skills
  • Knowledgeable in technical aspects of the job.
  • Experienced in marketing is preferred but not required
  • Willing to do field work
  • Must be physically fit.

Principal Accountabilities

In addition to following BIVMC's policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include but are not limited to:

SALES MANAGEMENT

● Accelerates the data gathering to increase the number of Potential Customers.

● Accelerates the opening of new accounts to achieve sales volume target.

● Conducts product presentations and handles customer queries

● Establishes good relationship with customers

MARKET DEVELOPMENT AND SURVEY

● Tasks to propose local marketing activities / programs / promotions to generate sales volume

● Creates master plan on how penetrate and saturate the market of every assigned store

● Updates LPG Retailers, LPG Plants and Price Survey

● Improves the market share of the store

● Conducts LPG safety procedures and innovative value-added services

● Supports the team in implementing marketing plans and programs

● Supports the team in conducting localize marketing and brand awareness program

FRANCHISE RELATION

● Helps the franchisees in conducting market and brand awareness activities.

OTHER FUNCTION

● Reinforce the store as BH during unforeseen absence of BH and ABH
