Job Description:

  • Rewrite, adapt, and optimize existing novel content to better fit user preferences and platform style.
  • Polish and localize storylines, character settings, and dialogues according to target audience.
  • Work closely with content editors and operations teams to align rewritten novels with short dramas and marketing campaigns.
  • Research trending genres and provide creative input for new content development.
  • Ensure all rewritten content complies with copyright regulations and deliver tasks on time.

Job Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Literature, Journalism, Media, or related fields.

  2. 1-3 years of experience in novel writing, adaptation, or editing; experience in web novels or drama scriptwriting is a strong plus.

  3. Familiar with popular online literature genres (romance, urban, fantasy, revenge stories, etc.) and able to enhance storytelling tension.

  4. Strong Chinese-English bilingual writing skills; ability to handle translations or localization (Chinese English / Filipino).

  5. Creative thinker with strong writing skills and the ability to deliver high-quality content efficiently.

  6. Team-oriented and adaptable to feedback for continuous content improvement.
