Job Summary:

The
Content Expert
will be responsible for creating and managing a wide range of reporting, editorial content, and marketing collateral. This includes client reporting, pitchbooks, commercial sections in Private Placement Memorandums (PPMs), investor letters, product update presentations, and materials for due diligence events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce periodic client reporting and handle ad-hoc reporting-related questions from investors.
  • Oversee and respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and client requests related to assigned private wealth-focused (Evergreen) investment programs.
  • Update pitch books and populate update presentation templates, increasingly utilizing AI tools.
  • Prepare compelling content for client publications and events, such as investor calls and due diligence days.
  • Collaborate with the client relationship team to develop educational materials.
  • Lead projects that support the development and growth of the marketing team.

Qualifications
:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Finance, Business, or related field.
  • Must have 1-3 years of experience in content creation, marketing communications, reporting, or RFP management—preferably in financial services or investment management.
  • Strong understanding of investment products and private wealth concepts.
