The Role

BGC, Taguig (hybrid)

10 AM - 7 PM PHT

As a Senior Content Writer, you'll take the lead in shaping the company's content strategy and voice. You'll produce high-quality, strategic content across multiple channels and to ensure brand consistency and excellence in storytelling.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute content strategies that align with marketing and business objectives.
  • Create in-depth, high-quality content including thought leadership articles, case studies, and campaign materials.
  • Oversee editorial planning and ensure brand tone and messaging consistency across platforms.
  • Lead research efforts to identify industry trends, insights, and storytelling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Design, Events, and Leadership) to produce impactful materials.
  • Review, edit, and provide feedback on content created by junior writers.
  • Analyze content performance metrics and optimize strategies for engagement and conversion.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 3–5 years of professional writing experience in marketing, communications, or content strategy.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a strong understanding of audience engagement.
  • Proven experience managing content calendars and leading editorial projects.
  • Proficiency in WordPress and familiarity with content and SEO tools (e.g., HubSpot, SEMrush, Google Analytics).
  • Strong understanding of brand voice, tone, and messaging.
  • Leadership ability with experience mentoring or managing junior team members.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and adaptable to shifting priorities.
