What you'll be doing

  • Supervising and leading a team of retail associates to achieve store performance targets
  • Overseeing all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and store presentation
  • Providing exceptional customer service and handling any customer inquiries or complaints
  • Implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures to ensure compliance
  • Identifying and implementing ways to improve store efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborating with the regional management team to develop and execute store-level strategies
  • Ensuring the store environment is safe, clean, and visually appealing at all times

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a store supervisor or in a similar retail management role
  • Willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to providing a positive shopping experience
  • Proficient in inventory management, cash handling, and store operations
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Flexible and adaptable to changes in the retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
