Jon Summary:

The Store manager is responsible for day-to-day store operations, including scheduling, training, and supervising employees and store supervisor. The store manager is responsible for the store profits, and all controllable expenses including labor, inventory levels, and cash and inventory shortages.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
  • Maintain store staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Ensure availability of merchandise and services by maintaining inventories
  • Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Maintain inventory by implementing purchasing plans and staying in contact with vendors and shippers.
  • Deal with staffing issues such as interviewing potential staff, conducting appraisals, and performance reviews, as well as providing or organizing training and development.
  • Ensure standards for quality, customer service, and health and safety are met.
  • Respond to customer complaints and comments.
  • Update collegues on business performance, new initiatives, and other pertinent issues.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1-2 years of store management experience
  • College graduate, preferably a Business Course
  • Familiarity with sales reports, POS management, employee management, inventory, store management, business permitting and application, store sanitation, and basic maintenance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
