Job Title: Technical Support Professional – AMS (TSR/CSR)
Work Set-up & Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite), UP Ayala Land Technohub, Diliman, Quezon City
Work Schedule: Mid Shift (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM)
Employment Type: 1–2 Year Contract (highly subject to renewal)
Salary Offer: ₱30,000
KEY EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or other related courses.
- Proven experience in technical support, TSR/CSR, or IT helpdesk roles preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving billing, account, and technical issues with varying levels of complexity.
- Ability to lead the problem resolution process through effective analysis, diagnostics, and deployment of solutions or workarounds.
- Experience in direct client communication, including gathering diagnostic information, recreating problems, debugging, and recommending solutions.
- Knowledge in creating and reusing knowledge assets and digital solutions to drive client self-sufficiency.
- Strong coordination and collaboration skills with Development, Services, and Field teams to resolve client issues.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php28, Php30,000.00 per month
