Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Store Supervisor to oversee daily operations of our Dunkin' store. This role ensures excellent customer service, team supervision, inventory control, and sales performance, aligning with the Dunkin' brand standards.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and lead store crew in delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor store operations, cleanliness, food safety, and product quality.
  • Handle inventory management, order supplies, and monitor wastage.
  • Oversee daily sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets.
  • Manage crew schedules, attendance, and performance evaluation.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive store atmosphere.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures, including Code of Conduct.

Qualifications:
  • With 1–2 years experience in retail or food industry preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school graduate or college level; hospitality or business-related courses a plus.
