Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Management Trainee to join our department store team. This is an entry-level position designed to train you in store operations, sales, customer service, and basic supervision. You will assist in the day-to-day running of the store, handle stocks and inventory, and learn how to lead a retail team.

Qualifications:*

• Bachelor's degree in any field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Conversant and confident with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Has impressive sales and negotiation abilities.
• Basic knowledge of filing, documentation, and inventory handling.
• Computer literate (MS Office and inventory management systems).
• Proactive, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Energetic and customer-oriented.
• Willing to learn and take on leadership responsibilities.
