Key Responsibilities:

*Audit New Product Development: Evaluate the development of new Filipino dishes or menu items to ensure they align with brand standards, customer preferences, and operational feasibility.

*Assess Recipe Consistency: Verify that recipes are standardized and yield consistent quality and taste across all outlets.

*Monitor Food Safety Compliance: Conduct audits to ensure that all new products comply with food safety regulations and internal standards, including proper handling, storage, and preparation practices.

*Evaluate Cost Efficiency: Analyze the cost-effectiveness of new dishes, considering ingredient sourcing, preparation time, and labor requirements.

*Provide Feedback and Recommendations: Collaborate with the R&D and culinary teams to provide constructive feedback and suggest improvements for new products.

*Document Findings: Prepare detailed reports on audit findings, including areas of non-compliance and recommendations for corrective actions.

*Train Staff on New Standards: Assist in developing training materials and conducting sessions to educate staff on new recipes, preparation techniques, and safety protocols.

Required Skills and Qualifications

*Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Culinary Arts, or a related field.

*Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in food service operations, quality assurance, or a related field.

*Certifications: Certification in food safety standards such as HACCP or ServSafe is advantageous.

*Analytical Skills: Strong ability to assess processes, identify issues, and recommend improvements.

*Communication Skills: Proficient in preparing reports and delivering presentations to various stakeholders.

*Attention to Detail: Meticulous in evaluating processes and ensuring compliance with standards.
