Job Role:

The QA Auditor is responsible for providing technical support to the Section Lead or Manager in the compliance of:

1) products and materials to set standards and specifications;

2) suppliers and manufacturers to requirements of safety standards and adherence to good manufacturing practices;

3) Store Personnel to proper food handling and safety practices.

Duties and Responsibilities:

STORE AUDIT COMPLETION

  • Monitors compliance of raw and in-process materials and finished products to set standards and specifications.
  • Validates product recipe, shelf-life, process and procedures documented by R&D and its implementation in the store operations.
  • Conducts periodic inspection of store premises and personnel as to compliance to temperature requirements, proper food handling and safety practices; recommends appropriate action
  • Inspects and monitors storage areas and its compliance to set storage parameters like temperature, cleanliness and orderliness, FIFO rule and inventory forms.
  • Partners with R&D during transfer of technology to operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven work experience as a QA Auditor. Experience in quality inspection, auditing and testing.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Biology or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance.
  • Strong regard for quality assurance according to company standards.
