Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles, preferably with finance or payroll exposure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with Workday or ServiceNow is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Can work independently with minimal supervision and manage confidential information effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Process-oriented, with a drive to improve efficiency and reduce manual interventions.
Job Responsibilities (HR Generalist – Finance Focus)
- Manage and process employee benefits, payroll adjustments, and final pay computations in coordination with Finance.
- Validate and process payment requests and reimbursements related to HR operations.
- Handle Certificate of Employment (COE) requests, employee verifications, and other HR documentation.
- Support HR systems and transactions through platforms like Workday and ServiceNow.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company and government requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR and finance processes, minimizing manual work.
- Provide timely support and resolution for employee inquiries and requests.
Job Type: Fixed term
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Php45, Php54,000.00 per month
