INVENTORY PLANNING

  1. Set up an effective master inventory plan and ensure they are in place across the supply network to meet group demand forecast.
  2. Determine the need for inventory and production capacity to address the expected demand, execute the resulting plans, and update planning and financial impact to reflect the results.
  3. Effectively calculate the print order quantity through economic order quantity (EOQ).
  4. Apply trade-off analysis to balance requirements of demand and supply incorporating stock transfer plan.
  5. Deliver accurate and detailed visibility of open order and inventory status that will help customer service addressing all customer's queries pertaining to orders including branches replenishment reports.
  6. Communicate any supply risk as an early warning system if customer service is at risk of deteriorating.
  7. Measures and reports on key supply chain metrics, including fill rate performance, inventory valuation, inventory turn-over, inventory reduction and identifies new metrics and reports to improve overall inventory performance.
  8. Performs Stocks Transfer Order and Purchase Request at the system.
  9. Demonstrate ability to map processes of possible consequences of decisions, to work out the importance of individual factors and to choose the best course of action.
  10. Performs other tasks that might be assigned from time to time

Job Qualifications

Education:

Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.

Experience(s):

At least with 3-5 years of working experience as Inventory Planner or related jobs.

Specific Knowledge:

Inventory Management and experienced on Inventory Management Software

Business Understanding:

Best practices in Demand Management, Data Analysis and Forecasting and Familiarity of S&OP Cycle. Inventory Management and Data Analysis
