Job Summary:

We are seeking a Real-Time Analyst (RTA) to join our team in the financial/cryptocurrency sector. The RTA will be responsible for monitoring real-time performance metrics, ensuring workforce optimization, and maintaining service level agreements (SLAs) in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and prior experience in workforce management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor real-time queues and agent performance to ensure service level goals are met.
  • Track and analyze call volume trends, agent adherence, and schedule efficiency.
  • Communicate intraday performance updates to stakeholders and recommend adjustments.
  • Coordinate with team leads and supervisors to optimize workforce productivity.
  • Identify and report system or process issues affecting operations.
  • Generate reports and insights on workforce performance using Excel and other tools.
  • Assist in schedule management, shift changes, and break adherence compliance.
  • Support the implementation of workforce management strategies to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of relevant Real-Time Analyst (RTA) experience.
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis).
  • Experience in workforce management tools and real-time monitoring systems.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Educational background: High School Diploma, Undergraduate, or Bachelors Degree in any field.
  • Prior experience in the financial or cryptocurrency industry is a plus but not required.
