Qualifications Requirement:

  • Must be an Electrical/Mechanical Engineering graduate or other related engineering field.
  • Must have at least three (3) years of continuous hands-on experience in the installation, operation, and/or maintenance of machines and equipment in a food manufacturing company.
  • With high technical skills in engineering and maintenance.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Job Description:

  • Supervises the day-to-day activities of engineering technicians.
  • Supervises the troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of machine/ equipment or other related devices.
  • Prepares detailed technical specifications for a major or an entire minor rehabilitation, construction, or maintenance project.
  • Ensures that the following facilities and equipment are properly operated and maintained: Generators, Centralized Storage Tank for diesel and LPG, Capacitor bank, and main electrical room, and Potable water treatment facility including a water tank.
  • Assigns and reviews all work order requests and reports.
  • Attends to all onsite government inspections related to engineering.
  • Prepares and reviews engineering policies, work instructions, standard machine operating procedures, and other related programs.
  • Prepares and/or approves assessment report (e.g. advise slip) related to all machines and equipment.
  • Checks and approves all engineering requisitions and inventory.
  • Supervises contractor's operation in the development and execution of projects.
  • Performs other engineering related tasks given by the Manager from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php21, Php26,000.00 per month
