Inviting applications for the role of Sales- Team Lead

The position manages a high volume of Outbound calls while effectively determining requirements, answering inquiries, resolving problems, fulfilling requests, and recording case notes.

Qualifications we seek in you

Must Have qualifications

  • Relevant and successful inbound/outbound sales experience, preferably in a consultative, phone-based sales role
  • Ability to work from home and conduct phone/video calls in a dedicated quiet
  • Team leading experience in a Sales (inbound, outbound)
  • Salesforce, MS Office Suite, and PC technical skills required
  • Experience using dialing/cadence software such as Outreach or SalesLoft preferred

Responsibilities

  • Identifying process improvement opportunities to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the team
  • Identifying trends in team performance and recommends/ implements change to constantly raise the Performance levels in the team.
  • Collaborating with Management that positively influence the vision for the client by using their exposure to team's technical or business areas
  • Work in tandem with the Manager to identify and address performance and developmental opportunities
  • Help develop agents to be self-sufficient by helping them find the answers themselves
  • Actively pursue initiatives that aid team members in achieving individual and team Key Performance Indicators
  • Responsible for maintaining productivity reports and provides additional training/coaching to CSR's, to ensure performance metrics are met and assist management with concerns
  • Participating in projects that involve one (or more) teams within the Organization
  • Providing constructive feedback to his/her team members to ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory framework
  • Managing a team of 15-17 customer service experts
