The Role: Premium Property Specialist

As a full-time, on-site Premium Property Specialist, you'll be responsible for driving sales and building client relationships for our projects in Alabang, Vermosa, and Southmont Estate. This role is perfect for those who are entrepreneurial, goal-oriented, and ready to devise strategies to sell our high-end portfolio.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in any field is required.
  • Prior real estate sales experience is a plus, but not necessary.
  • You should be customer-focused, goal-oriented, and well-networked.
  • Experience or interest in serving the high-end, "AAA" market segment is preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial and highly motivated candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Preferably located in Alabang, Nuvali, Vermosa area
