About the Role and Business:

  • Renewable energy developer
  • Lead the financial management, reporting, and control functions for the company's renewable energy development and project execution activities
  • Lead and manage a team of financial professionals

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full spectrum of finance operations
  • Lead and develop local finance teams, ensuring timely and accurate reporting, compliance, project budgets and internal controls
  • Ensuring adherence to relevant accounting standards and regulations
  • Drive process improvements and automation across finance functions to scale with business growth
  • Support project finance activities, including SPV accounting, equity injections, lender reporting, and financial covenants.
  • Partner with development, EPC, and operations teams on project budgets and financial discipline.
  • Manage treasury, cash management, banking relationships, and payment approvals.
  • Strengthen internal controls, financial processes, and risk management frameworks.

Key Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA, CPA, or equivalent)
  • Minimum 8 years of experience, preferably in a renewable energy company, investment fund, or infrastructure platform
  • Proven track record in regional finance leadership, including experience working with cross-border teams
  • Strong knowledge of financial operations, reporting, tax structuring, and M&A support
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
