Job Summary:

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Financial Controlling Analyst to join our finance team. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, monitoring business performance, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and give financial information to management for operational and strategic decisions.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to ensure financial objectives are met.
  • Review and control costs, identify opportunities for optimization, and implement financial controls across the business.
  • Collaborate with different departments (F&B, Operations, HR) to ensure alignment of financial goals and operational plans.
  • Support audits and liaise with external auditors as required.
  • Develop financial models and reports to drive business performance and support decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA qualification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in financial controlling, corporate finance, or related roles—preferably in F&B, hospitality, or retail industries.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to interpret complex financial data.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial insights to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
