About the role

We are seeking a talented Non-Voice Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team at A SYSTEM INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION'. In this full-time, remote position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients through virtual channels. With a focus on sales, you will leverage your strong communication skills and product knowledge to deliver tailored solutions and drive customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to customer inquiries and requests via email, chat, and other virtual platforms
  2. Providing accurate information and guidance on our products and services
  3. Efficiently resolving customer issues and concerns with a focus on customer delight
  4. Identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell relevant products and services
  5. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
  6. Continuously learning and staying up-to-date with our product offerings and industry trends
  7. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience

What we're looking for

  1. At least 6 months of sales experience in a customer service or call centre environment
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  4. Proficient in using various virtual communication tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  5. Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  6. Adaptable and willing to learn new skills to meet the evolving needs of our customers
  7. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth
