The Opportunity

At DIMO ENTERPRISES & OVERSEAS PLACEMENT AGENCY', we are seeking passionate individuals to join our dynamic team as Non Voice Accounts | Virtual Process | Voice Accs representatives. This full-time role based in Metro Manila offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our customer service excellence and drive our growth.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide top-notch customer service to our clients through efficient and effective communication
  2. Handle a variety of customer inquiries, requests and complaints with empathy and professionalism
  3. Accurately record and document customer interactions to ensure seamless support
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
  5. Continuously enhance your product and service knowledge to better assist customers
  6. Contribute to the development of improved processes and procedures

What We're Looking For

  1. Accepting NO experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
  2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly explain complex information
  3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve customer concerns
  4. Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues
  5. Proficiency in data entry and using customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  6. A positive, customer-centric attitude and a genuine passion for providing exceptional service
